Planning to book a 2BHK unit in Vascon Pristina
Q: Hi, I am planning to but a flat in this project. Need to know has anyone verified the document and already signed the sale agreement. Pls share the feedback about the project/builder too.

Hi, I recently visited this property and it is almost nearing its completion. They say registration and possession will happen in January 2014. I was looking for a 3bhk but not sure about the appropriateness of the price. The current price they quote is 66.40 lacs (excl registration). Has anyone booked this property? Hi Kanthi,they say that this project is approved by SBI/LIC Housing/HDFC & Axis Bank. But in some websites i dont get to see SBI.
