Q: THERE WERE DISPUTES ON THE LAND LIKE DOUBLE SELLING BY THE LANDOWNERS AND SOME CASES WERE FILED ON THE LAND OWNERS AND ALL. STAY ORDERS WERE OBTAINED FOR ANY CONSTRUCTION WORK THERE . HOWEVER NANDISH REDDY IS DOING THE PROJECT BECAUSE HE IS A POLITICIAN. ANYBODY HAS GOT THE RELEVANT PAPERS RELATING TO WITHDRAWAL OF STAY ORDERS?

Hi Susanth & All, I have reviewed all the above commments but Can you please confirm if SVS Palms I and II projects are being approved by all major banks and having no legal issues as i am planning to take one for my self stay . Q: What is the difference between Occupancy certificate and Completion certificate?

Do we need to ask for the occupancy certificate to the builder while booking the flat itself ?
