have booked here in 2014 and papers and loans are cleared. Possesion promised is dec 17 but in agreement developer adds a clause that possesion is 36 months after full payment. Why this project is not lised in your website? Is it a legal issue or property papers are not yet cleared?

also enquire if majestique builders will give possesion date in writing in agreement. I booked in their undi project 38 park and they have commited possesion in 36 months AFTER full payment.
