I would like to have some opinions about buying a residential house. I am in dilemma, I have budget of 65 lacs so Should I go for small 822 2bhk in Amanora or should I go for 1267 sqft in same or almost same price in Alcon Sealverleaf, Keshavnagar. Please help me to decide.

First of all you havent mentioned the specification like are you looking for 2 or 3 BHK apartment in Karadi Galaxy or Alcon Silverleaf and what is your budget criteria?? Kindly specify about your requirements. Looks to me both are ok and have their pros and cons.

My budget is around 65-67 lacks and looking for 2 BHK. I am looking flat for self use and confusion is Alcon silverleaf, Keshav nagar provide good specious 2 BHK however, Galaxy one is smaller one but not sure about Keshavnagar area.
So should I compromise on flat sq. area and look for good area (Kharadi) or it's fine to have flat at keshavnagar.
Both giving possision in 2015 Dec.

For Keshavnagar rates going from 4500-4700 Sq, depends on builder. I liked alcon silverleaf project in this area. Now checking builder's reputation.
