Let me clarify on the Parkway Homes Club Membership. I purchased a flat in the Chaplin Block. It seems the club house will be maintained by SJR / Parkway Homes which is not yet decided. Its joint venture from reliable developers as they provided the land to SJR. Regarding usage of clubhouse. Both SJR Parkway Homes and Reliable Gardenia people will be using the club house resources as they will provide swipe card system to the respective owners. Other than that the remaining all eminities provided by the Parkway Homes will be only used by the Parkway Home owners only. But yes they said they will be charging 1000 rupees per month as maintenance for usage of club house which we might decide as house owners in coming future.
