Q: What is the present per sqft going on in Amrutha Value? how many blocks and apartments are coming up in this project?

Hi, I am planning to book a flat in Amrutha Value, Borewell road. Please let me know how is the builder and project. They are quoting 3800/sqft, possession in Dec-15. They are also providing CC and OC it seems. Please let me know if somebody has booked here and negative reviews if any. The project has 2 phases. 1st phase will be completed in Dec-14 costing 4000/sqft and the other one in Dec-15 costing 3800/sqft. In the 1st phase only 3bhk are available. I am not sure about the reduction in the price. They are saying it's zero deviation project with OC and A-khata. That is what I want to confirm. If someone has any idea please post your feedback.

Don't go for Amrutha Value, ever changing plans and words from this builder. Worst possible staff
Q: During agreement time project is having 183 flats and now it is 250 flats, worst possible marketing and engineering staff trying to squeeze out money.
