Hello shubhankar, the cost is in the range of rs 11000- 15000 per sq yards and plot sizes start from 120 sq yards... are you looking for investment or end use...
Hi..i was thinking of end use... any problems there?? do you thinkit will be ok???
Hi Guys,
It's really a nice initiative taken by DDA to property tax on line . I want to know the procedure to pay property tax on line. what are the essentials of tax payments to pay online ?
@ Mr Tamal,
In my point of view, it monitors and updates the property tax arrears and penalties. It helps in dynamic calculation of late fees/interest amount. The online property tax rebates will be computed automatically depending on the day of filing of PTR / challan generation.
Various payment facilities are integrated; credit card, ITZ cash, cash, cheque and DD at authorized CSB centres and other bank counters. The service is facilitated with interfaces for computerization of manually filed PTRs.
Yes Wahi, the authority was finding it difficult to find people to develop the plot and so has decided to allow the owners to sell part of the land for residential purposes. This will boost housing projects in the area.Yes Wahi, the authority was finding it difficult to find people to develop the plot and so has decided to allow the owners to sell part of the land for residential purposes. Hi James,
Now a days many investors & home buyers are confused where to invest? Investment purpose only to gain handsome return. So what to do? Where to invest ? These are some common questions in their mind. As always, location plays an important role. This means that the rental market for such a property diminish gradually.
@ James,
Upcoming locations appreciate faster because their market viability is being enhanced with increasing accessibility as well as social and civic infrastructure. They attract more people, since any city’s growing population tends to move into areas which are affordable. For that reason, emerging locations also tend to attract a lot of commercial establishments – which further boosts the residential segment.
Hi Vibhor,
As per my knowledge, proposed to be developed over 1,200 acres of land adjoining Delhi-Mumbai Freight Corridor near industrial model township Bawal, the ambitious project will prove to be driver for the future growth in the southern Haryana region and boost state economy.
Hi Vibhor,
In my point of view, it was informed in the meeting that MBIR would generate industrial output of USD 42 billion by year 2040 which would likely to contribute 25 per cent of state GDP. Besides, the project is expected to provide direct and indirect employment to 1.6 million people by year 2040.

Q:
I keep a check on the real estate and infrastructure development of Coimbatore, and was hoping that someone could update me about the master plan for the city. Thanks in advance!
Can someone tell me the main reason why it is taking this long for the completion of the master plan?
See, the 1994 master plan was supposed to revised in 2011, but after tremendous suggestions, the government decided to scrap the revising idea, and revise the plan from the scratch. Since there is large amount of research that goes into creating a master plan, that can be attributed to being the reason behind the delays.
Q:
I'm going to purchase a residential property in Coimbatore, and since i'm a completely new to the real estate business, i am looking for some legal guidance. Are there any particular documents, and things i should look out for?
Hey, many property owners take bank loan by pledging their property. So check they have paid the entire amount due when you are going to buy that property. If they have paid entire amount due then bank has issued them a “Release certificate”. Ask for the same as this release certificate is necessary whenever you want to take any loan in future.Hey, many property owners take bank loan by pledging their property. Hello, i wanted to ask if there are any major roads around the locality? Thanks in advance!
Yes, the locality has a pretty decent network of roads, which help in connecting it to the rest of the city. Some of the major roads around are Mangalapalayam Road, NH-64 etc. The NH-64 connects the locality directly to Coimbatore, and is also a major reason for whatever growth the area has witnessed.
Can someone tell me about the pricing for the apartments, it would be great help
Yes,of course, the 2 BHK apartment is priced at Rs 45 lakh. I think that the prices are quite reasonable, considering the facilities provided and also the localtion for the project, which is very good, and provides a variety of facilities.
