Development of Kohinoor city ptoject in kurla
Q: i have booked apartment in kohinoor city pahde 2. as i don't stay in indai. would like to know development of kurla area anf as a whole kohinoor city. how is the construction quality and surrounding area for shopping etc.

DInesh , Sorry to inform you but , there has been news that the Phase 2 is held up due to bankruptcy of the company .. also they are using all the funds from phase 2 to continue their massive project in Dadar. Need feedback on Kohinoor-group, Ulhasnagar.
Q: Can some body tell me about Kohinoor-group in Ulhasnagar. I mean about their past record, how many projects they have done, are they good/trustworthy, do they have good track record of delivering projects as promised ? etc. I am considering their project MAXCITY in Ambernath/Badlapur for investment. They say the project is not bank approved yet, but is under process !!!

Ansari , If you are talking about the same group as kohinoor city , let me inform you the phase 2 is the held up in the middle , & the owners are in the process of filing a suit againts them ,as the registered agreements are due for handover in 2013. The staff is giving out vague replies , all they havta say is we will get back after management meeting which never happens. There is delay in construction in kohinoor city .... No work has been happening over the last 4-6 months....
Q: There is no work happening in kohinoor city over last 4-6 months bldg no 17 in phase II.... Does anyone have any details for same.... The answers from the kohinoor team is very vague.
