Hello, If the budget is 40 lakhs for a 3 BHK ,then it will be available only in small projects.In whitefield and Kadugudi the cauvery connection is yet to come in all places. But most of the builders are giving provision for cauvery connection along with borewell facility. I know a project which has just started near kadugudi, just 4 kms from whitefield hopefarm junction where you can get 2BHK & 3BHK at a affordable price.
