I understand that there are some plans for widening the hope farm - channasandra road. In that case, the building would be only few feets from th compound wall.. Also since it is on the main road, if any further development activities takes place in future in hope farm signal , will that result to any aquisition since the building is on road side itself ???I understand that there are some plans for widening the hope farm - channasandra road. I ‘m looking forward to buy an apartment at the hope farm signal (CRJ Residency). Came to know that there are plans to widen the road here (stretch from hope farm signal towards channasandra). When I enquired with the builder, he said he will be constructing the compound wall after leaving the area that is marked for acquisition (in this case distance between this compound wall and building would be around 15 ft only). When I enquired with the nearest SBI branch, I got to know that they have already sanctioned one loan for this project. In that case, is it really safe to buy apartment here ?? Any one in the forum who has already booked apartments here ?? 2bhk of 1140 sq ft would cost nearly 52 lakhs excluding Registration charges. It's in th prime location (100 mtrs from hope farm signal), but is it worth spending this much since the builder is not well known. What would be ideal square feet rate in this area ??
