My comments to replies
I visited Woodshire site this Sunday. I have a unit in Tower B6. Here is my points:
1. Slab work till 12th floor is complete.
2. Brick work till 7th flooer is complete
3. Internal plaster for 1st floor is started
This status is almost similar for all towers to be delivered in Ph-1.
Sample flats will be ready in a month time.
Builder is promising possession by Dec'15 which seems achievable considering current construction state.
I could see that possession for one society is offered by Raheja which is in Sector 108 or 109. Although no families are shifted yet but I think in next 2 years timeframe that area could be livable.
Thanks Nipun for your feedback on construction work. Hope construction work will continue with same pace. Lets see how much appreciation we can get till M3M offer us possesion. My flat is in B1 , Do you have any update on that as well ?

Hi , I have one 2BHK unit in M3M Woodshire project and builder has started the construction and it is also completed till 10th floor. But since I brought this property the price of the property is below my price. I heared M3M is reputated builder. Is some thing is wrong with this property and when any one can expect some rise in price ?
I heared M3 is reputated builder and construction has been started by L&T. I heard there is farm house in near by area hence investors can expect some good amount of appreciation in property.

If we talk about the current scenario, then the Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA), has already released its tenders and appointed the builders for the development of the Dwarka Gurgaon expressway and the adjoining sectors like 37D, 83, 84, 88, 99, 100, 101, 102, 102A, 103, 104, 105, 106, 109, 110, 110 A, 111, 112, and 113, which will emerge as prominent sectors in the near future.
Sector 107 has not been considered adjoint to Dwarka Eway ? Just wondering coz sec 107 is not mentioned here. Any comment pls
