Q: E khatha is being issued by the Venkatapura Panchayat. How organized they are in these matters in respect of Provident Sunworth?

Why possession needs to await registration?
Q: Provident has indicated that possession can be given only after registration after obtaining E khatha which is a long process. Why not give possession now?
