I agree, the builder can do the registrations and give the possession. Khata and Occupancy Certificate can be provided later. But again it differs from builder to builder. You can talk to the builder once and clarify about the possession date.
Hello Niketan - Understand registration can happen only after sometime, the date of which is not known to them clearly. Meanwhile we are asking for possession to start the interiors and other works.

Hello Mangal - Mine is in 6D and was told that possession would be given in January 2016 and now they have started possession after registration whose date is not known.
Hi Sankara, You have to check with the builder about the E Khata which is issued by the Venkatapura Panchayat, as it is really not possible to comment on how organized they.
Hello Tejesh- spoke to the builder and understand that they are in touch with the concerned at the panchayat but the normal payment misgivings are delaying the process.
