Color Fields is big fraud. Please don't buy in their Sholinganallur project.. I don't know about their other projects but I personally know about there Sholinganallur project.
HI , I m planning to book color homes Color castle @ perumbakkam. I see some bad feed back from this builder. Has anybody booked color castle? Is that area is good ? They are saying that they will lay a new road from the entrace of the project. Is there any water stagnation problem in that area? Is it very close to Pallikaranai Marsh land? Do that create any problem in future? Please answer my question.
I have booked the flat there in Aakash ganga. I feel the location is good . Still, road need to be laid out from the entrance to the street which is joining to the mainroad.
