Crescentz Square project review
Q: I'm specifically looking for 2 or 3 BHK apartments around the Telungupalayam area in Coimbatore, within a price range of 20 to 30 lakhs. Crescentz Square seems to be a good fit. But I'd love to know a lot more about the project before I make any choice.

My comments to replies
Please do not go for this. They are really bad. First they promised to be delivered on Dec 31st 2014. But till now only arch is built. They collected almost 60% of the money so far. No Progress. No wonder if they scrap the project and run away with the money.
Please be more elaborate.. I have also booked a flat there and looking out for details. Yet to receive documents/ agreement copy from them. ALready paid 10% of the cost.. Would like to contact you to get more details..
