Hi, I saw Mahaveer Amaze near Chaitanya Anananya Villas. Project has 2 and 3 BHK's and costing Rs 3250 per sq ft..
Would like to know who else has booked here, any legal issues ?

@ganesh Yes i have booked on Land Owner Share, cheque/NEFT was given on the name of M V Mallikarjuna Reddy. For Papers please consult your lawyer
@Vikas, Thanks for the information. I will also validate it with my Lawyer, but i wanted to check with you, on what was your finding as the name on the cheque and the JV owner name should be same? Please get this validated from your Lawyer also.

@Vikas........I thought you are owner of a flat in Mahaveer Laurel project........may be you have booked flat for Mahaveer Amaze as well...........can you please share your agreement paper with me?.......I am also trying to get a draft copy from builder before I go for booking..........
