Hi Anand, this is Roshan here. I recently visited site & have bought 1BHK. Road contruction work has started. Till Don Bosco school KDMC is contructing 2-way road & after that Raunak will construct further road. Builder is yet to obtain OC for 15-storey phase 2 project. Without OC possession date will not be given.
I too had booked my flat 2BHK in B-4 builder is saying to give possession by june-14

If you are looking to book a flat of this project your expected EMI would be Rs. 18390 as this project is fund by HDFC.
And it is expected that the date of possession will be December'2015 onward.
Well i think its from ICICI as i had seen in their agreement also EMI totally depends on your loan amount

Hi all,
I am happy with the Raunaq Group's Project Raunaq City in Kalyan. They say possession date is june 2015. In May'2015 they completed 4 out of 7 slabs. I think possession by December' 2015.

Raunak group do not deliver what they promise. In my case the WC was used by their labours and the condition was so bad that you cannot enter into the flat. They are not ready to change it as well. While inspection many things which are basic; were not done properly. There was no response from group after escalating the matter. I even doubt about their capabilities. So please think before you take any decision.

Before selling builder promised ample of water supply..saying facilities of boring and KDMC ..now they say no facility of boring possible ..how are residance near by have boring facilities and not Raunak city...resident of Raunak city face 20 minUtes of water supply a day...where supply time is not fixed...very bad property...woyld not recomend anyone to buy this property
Well Mr.Bose there is shortage of water all over kalyan by KDMC , Just to make you correct the water timing are 6am-9am and 6pm - 9pm . which is enough if resident use it smartly
