Godrej Garden City - My inputs, have personally visited the location multiple times. It looks like a government housing scheme of LIG, MIG and HIG at same location. Google search what it means. Rate starts from 16 lakh to 80 lakh without taxes and maintenance. The place is around 3 KM interior from SG road. The prices are comparable to a place in the middle of Ahmedabad but this place is very remote. The value will be realized after minimum 15 years. If you are buying for investment then you will regret because you will hardly get a buyer and rental in this area is also not good. For a 80 lakh flat ,you will get rental of less than Rs 10000.

Q: I\'m an individual wish to buy a specious 1938 apartment in Godrej Eternity, Kanakapura Road, Bangalore project. My plan is to buy the same for my own purpose and not investment. But as you know, in this sluggish market it is difficult to bet on any project bcz most of the projects are getting delayed by 1-5 yrs.
