I have received an Intimation for readiness for possession. On visiting site the situation is horrible. What to do
Q: The quality of construction is extremely poor. The layout is bad. The corridors very narrow. It is not liveable.

Forget these issues. First visit your flat and measure the area and then visit the site office to find out the total area for which you have to pay. I visited the site today. Measured all rooms - mine is in tower P - 2BHK + study; carpet area as per contract was supposed to be 775 sq ft. Despite adding an extra balcony it is coming up to 770 sq ft max. Then visited their head office at Sec 62. Here comes the shocker. They tell me that area has been increased by 105 sq ft of total area. And I need to pay for 73 sq ft which roughly amounts to 2.5 lakhs more!!! and they could not justify still from where the extra carpet area came from! Will visit their site engineer tomorrow again and understand where is the extra space of 105 sq ft...Forget these issues. CARPET AREA INCREASED by 105 sq ft! Amrapali is demanding more than the carpet area then they can justify! what to do???
Q: Flat in P-tower. Builder to pay for additional 105sq ft amounting to 2.5lakhs. As per contract 775 sq ft is the carpet area. Measured today and found it to be 770 sq ft. they are not able to justify. please suggest! We need to fight this together!
