Aryan Fountain Square, Attibele, Bangalore is a RERA approved project and its Registration number is PR-KN-170828-001515.
As far as the local body is concerned, BMRDA has approved it and almost all the banks and financial institutions are funding this project.
So, you can go for it as RERA approved the project only when all the necessary approvals from the local body and NOC from all concerned dept will be in place.

Omshri Opulence, Attibele, Bangalore is a RERA approved project and its RERA Registration number is PR-KN-170820-001372.
And its per square foot rate is Rs.2500. If you have a good bargaining tricks, then Rs 2400-2450 per square foot would be a good deal.
