My comments to replies
Guyz dont believe this builder, just get the reviews of his 1st project Aditya Grand. He started the project and stopped the devolopment in middle. He always does that once he gets the money thats it. His 1st project is small one still he is not able to do the development line promised facilities. Hence BMRDA is not releasing the pending plots. All the buyers who booked those unreleased plots are in great worry as their money is blocked from past 1 year. So beware.
Why are you talking so negative about this builder. Now, we have already booked and registered our plot in this project and haven't noticed any issues. If you have any bad experience about this builder please share with us with complete details so that we will be aware of. But without any evidence, please don't spread any bad image about the project because we are now the investors here.
Also, if you can then please share the person's contact details who booked his plot and couldn't registered till one year because of no release from BMRDA.
Why I'm asking this because one of my friend has also booked a plot which is unreleased and waiting for the release so that he can complete the registration.
