Hi All, I think all the buyers should form a group for discussions in any forum.This will help us to discuss much on Aamby City. Q: Has anyone done with Sale Agreement. I can see that sale agreement did not mentioned anything on what will happen if the promised things are not delivered.Sale agreement is on a high level. HI Shivaji, So Without having things concrete in Sale Agreement, i am not able to understamd how people went for registrations. As per my understanding, Sale agreement is the proof when it comes to deliverables. I can understand that they will deliver. If in case not, then we cannot do anything . So people who are waiting for Sale agreements can meet some time to discuss on how we can take the modifications to project guys. Let me know if any one is interested. or pls share your mail ID ..i will reach you on this. I believe we need to ask about time lines clause as well. It was mentioned that they vl complete it in 3 yrs time..But if in case not, then ?

Hi All, I have verified the documents for the sy no 41 under which I have booked my plot. Advocate has given green signal to proceed and just wanted to see few more documents. Please suggest me if anyone has already done the registration as I'm heading now towards the registration process. Thanks Sunil.
Hi Kiron, We tried a lot to get the sale agreement but all went in vain :). Points which we asked them to include..You can give a try on these again

This point should be amended/splitted to convey the meaning properly (i)Whereas the Purchasers shall be liable to pay the club house membership fee of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) per Plot/Site irrespective of measurement (details of Club House facilities fixtures and maintenance shall be annexed) which is for a duration/period of 33 years from the date of completion of club house. (ii) From the date of final Layout Approval Release Order from Hoskote Planning Authority to the Vendor, the purchaser is be liable to pay the Maintenance charges of Rs.5/- per square feet/ per year(May be revised later) to the Developer. Maintenance charges will be collected for 3 years(Rs 36,000) during Registration and these funds shall be utilised for 3 years free maintenance by the Developer or till layout Association is formed along with Corpus Fund, & Cost of Agreement shall be paid before execution of the Absolute Sale Deed.

Hello Every One.. I have booked 2 plots in this layout.One registered on 10th of July and yet to do with other in this month ending.I like the eminities,Hoping it will give good returns. I was waiting some one 2 create a group in FB.Mostly every one will be active in Fb ,So can share and update the info in the group.I created a group in FB group named "Ambiience Aamby City Owners Group".It is only allowed for the ppl who brought plots in aamby city.I hope all plot owners who have booked here will join the group.for adithya grand also they have a group in FB and it is very active.They are sharing the info among group members.So created this group. Hope this will help for every one..
Its a good move. I was also aiting for this kind of forum. It wiuld be great if u can explain on how to join the group.Thanks

did anyone verify the property papers with good lawyer? if yes then plz share the result. I am in process of doing it for my plot and will share the results soon.
I have done with verification of docs and advocate said title is OK and can proceed for further process
