Hi, I plan on investing in an under-construction or an upcoming project in Hyderabad. I keep reading about a project called Aliens space station in the newspapers. The advertisement looks very attractive, but I would love to get some hands-on advice on this project. Please provide any details you have about this project and locality.
Never ever invest in the property of Aliens Group. It is not for sure how many years they will still construct the Space Station 1. They do not have concrete plans on the construction and it is only to cheat the people and ripe the fruits out of it.
100+ cases in State Commission and National Commission on Aliens Group, but still surviving in the society. 1000+ owners has been fallen into their trap including me.
They would never construct and stand on their own words. It is very unfortunate situation in Hyderabad and there is no choice for Government and for other real-estate vendors to take necessary action against this builder. Crores of rupees are trapped and diverted across.

I (Koppala Rajesh Babu) booked flat no. 260 - Station 10 in Aliens Space Station#1 in June 2012 with a commitment by Aliens group (in AOS and Bank Tripartite Agreement) to hand over the flat by June 2014 with 6 month grace period. But still physically there is no adequate progress and seems that it is not going to complete in near future.
On 27th July when i spoke to Ashok (9966234333) Aliens customer care executive, I was surprise to hear from him that there is no schedule plan for station 10, As a customer who invested 2 years back in this project, paying huge interest to the bank, hearing this from a customer care executive of Aliens group is not a good sign, I felt very bad and lost hopes on this project.

Never fall into the trap again. They can make foolish statements saying heaven on earth. Once you start trusting them no one can save you.
They still not understanding the pain but just want to construct SS1 from customers money ONLY.
All the investments paid by the customers were utilized for their lavish expenses and other activities but not for construction.
Now asking customers to support them without any shame.
They are calling customers not to mingle with other customers but to support the project. They also says that both customers and builder are on the same ship.
In fact, they didn't understand that both are on different ship, and customers paid for ticket, and the builder is not allowing them to enter. Builder is asking more and more money to enter into the ship., which is an illegal actiivty.
Totally blaming the customers only for their mistakes happened so far, and not for constructing SS1., which clearly shows their unethical process. Now they fallen on HUB.
yes i support Prasanth, There are more than 2000 families trapped by this builder, we are trying our best to get justice, request every one not to fall in Aliens trap.

Hi aliens group has taken pre launched booking in 2007 but at that time they are applying for approvals & permissions, its a high raise building up's and downs are common already station no 14 has been done, right now 25 families are staying in Aliens Space Station 1
I support Alok, i suspect this Rajmohan is an Aliens paied agent, please do not believe him or consider his review, Aliens should be ashamed of their projects and the way they handle, shame shame Aliens group, request everyone to do a proper research before before even thinking about Aliens project. We invested years ago, paying EMI for nothing, save your hard earned money.

I purchased a flat which was given by Aliens Developer and I am very glad to have such a great home and amenities. Me and My wife already shifted to our flat . Aliens space Station, Tellapur provides perfect residential location in Hyderabad in a clam and peaceful area. So if you want to buy your dream house Aliens Space Station is the perfect choice. It is recommended.
