Hi, Planning to buy an 3 BHK Flat in NSG Royal One, Pimple Nilkah. Does it have all the approvals and clearances ?
Q: Hi, Planning to buy an 3 BHK Flat in NSG Royal One, Pimple Nilkah. Does it have all the approvals and necessary clearances ? I heard form somebody that it has some legal issues. Please let me know the same so that I can decide. Thanks

Thanks Nitesh for the post, I too went to the site and saw the sample flat etc. I agree with you to an extend. But Pimple Nilakh comes under PCMC ( To my Knowledge) and the Poject is approved by PMC. Approvals for NSG Royal One
Q: This property is PMC Approved but the site is located in PCMC area, SO Why PMC Approval. And also any legal issues with this project.

Hi, Thanks for ur valid information. I hv one more queiry as I am too very much interested to book one 3 BHK flat . Despite my several request I hv not getting floor plans. Whats the reason.
