Information on Quality of work of Tirupati Balaji Builders and Developers Pvt Ltd New Panvel Mahendra P.K. Singh is managing director.
We have booked flat in Balaji Residency 1 year back. Still the work has not started. Builder saying cidco isn't giving NOC. any one please help who has booked in balaji groups.
i have booked in phase 3. They saying work will start in nov. Not even sure if their papers are cleared

Has anyone booked booked flat with Tirupati Balaji Builders & Developers, New Panvel for their Balaji Residency project - phase 1/2/3 ?
Mann if i had invested that booking amount in some back, atleast i would have got some interst over it,
But here in this case i dont see my investment is giving me any results. totally dissapointed with the pace of work by these builders... 2 years almost and the project not yet started... I also booked flat in Balaji Residency in March 2014 by investing 4 lacks as initial amount. Till date work has not been started. Every month they are saying that work will start in next month but that month never comes. Not getting what is actually going on and when work will start? Now i am fearing from loosing money though all the transactions are done by cheque only...
these builders are driving me crazy now. 1year back whn i book a flat in balaji residency they didnt have any papers ready for the project. they told be it will be done in 1-2 month... post 1year.. they have done the pooja. still havent started the work. every time i call them dey say next month they wll start..
Now sure when will this next month come. DOESNT ANY1 HAS ANY IDEA REGARDING THEIR PAPER WORKS FOR THE PROJECT. IS ALL THE PAPER CLEAR?? ATLEAST THE BASIC ONES??
IS THE PLOT ON WHICH THE PROJECT IS PLANNED, IS IN THE NAME OF THE BUILDER BECAUSE 1 YEAR BACK THEY TOLD ME THEY ARE IN PROCESS NOT SURE IF ITS COMPLETED??
planning to give them a final visit and take a final deciison.. :( :(
