Please do not go for this. They are really bad. First they promised to be delivered on Dec 31st 2014. But till now only arch is built. They collected almost 60% of the money so far. No Progress. Hi this project includes 2bhk and 3bhk. Currently Diwali offer is goin on where the price quoted is Rs 2,499 per sq ft. This offer is valid only for two days more.
the project was launched on Septembber 2014 and expected to complete by Dec 2020. Only Arch built

I'm specifically looking for 2 or 3 BHK apartments around the Telungupalayam area in Coimbatore, within a price range of 20 to 30 lakhs. Crescentz Square seems to be a good fit. But I'd love to know a lot more about the project before I make any choice.
