Q: Hi, I plan on investing in an under-construction or an upcoming project in Hyderabad. I keep reading about a project called Aliens space station in the newspapers. The advertisement looks very attractive, but I would love to get some hands-on advice on this project. Please provide any details you have about this project and locality.

Hello Prashant/Alok, I just wanted to bring to your notice that certain things which you have been scripting in the forum are making difficult to understand your intent beyond this. I appreciate you for using this form to make others know about your concerns and issues which you have faced though the builder, which I also will be with you for this action. Something really bothers me is what is making you to be a High campaigner for addressing people who wanted to buy the ready to take position flats in the community. Any business sees this cycle of tough patches and at the same time steps taken against them to bring them back into a good momentum, its always higher cash inflows make the change in the dynamics, which you guys have been consistently been putting efforts in abating it, I am not seeing any justification in it. Visit all the bankers and not just one you decide to get loan from and get to know why most of the banks have stopped loan to Aliens are not really making me feel this, I see some other intent in it. When the builder has 2182 apartments to be sold and out of which some % is landlord share, you would like to comment 3000 families as victims ,when we have not more than 1300 customers, I dont understand your intension beyond giving judgment of 2-3% complete flats , You also want to comment on behalf of banker without knowing any intent of them and when new customers getting their loans from nationalized banks. Hi all, I am not financially prepared to take the burden of EMI or pre-EMI and that is the reason I had booked the flat under pre-EMI scheme, thinking that I dont have to worry about EMI till possession. Now I have lost my "peace of mind". What should i do? As the project is 1 and half years delay.

I would suggest, please don't invest money in Aliens Space station 1 project in Tellapur, Gachibowli as Aliens group will not be available to complete even in next 10 years. There are some customers whom I know and they are in queue to get possession even after 7 years of purchase. it's a big project with lot of Amenities but it lacks the builder's credibility to complete the project. Don't fall into their trap which promises early delivery. I can assure you that your children will get house at some time.
