Hi Mr Ashok, As per my knowledge , this is a HUDA approved project .Construction work is on full swing. This project is in a decent residential location. It's possession is on Nov 2014. Are you thinking of buying or investing on this project ?

This is really one of the great development of Vatika Group on NH-8, I think its rate will be around 60 to 65 lakhs for an area of 900 or 930 sq.ft. For more information about this project you can visit its site vatikagroup.com.
