Q: Have anyone booked any plots here? If so, what is the rate per sqft going on?

Guyz dont believe this builder, just get the reviews of his 1st project Aditya Grand. He started the project and stopped the devolopment in middle. He always does that once he gets the money thats it. His 1st project is small one still he is not able to do the development line promised facilities. Hence BMRDA is not releasing the pending plots. All the buyers who booked those unreleased plots are in great worry as their money is blocked from past 1 year.
