It is privilege to get attention from you, at last you gave window for communication. Delighted.
So,customers should just come down and meet when you say "meet", when customers want to meet or want to know status no one attends calls/emails/messages. 8 years passed.
Delay is enormous and still you want talk about "amicable" solution.
Your amicable solution will not anything lesser than 15 Lakhs additional amount from owner and wait for 1+ year if flat yet to be constructed.
let's keep things simple, update on your amicable solutions on this forum itself for below.
1. When you will deliver flat [3/6/9 months from now], irrespective of stations, will your management sign on this condition and face charges if deviated ?
And with no additional charges demand from customer.
2. Give 24% to customer on principal and disbursed amount and make him to get exit from project, by "DD"
3. All stations will be constructed as per brochure, amenities

Do not ever think of buying any flat from this Builders, they know only one thing eat customers money.
You can probably buy left out construction material which you will eventually see at site.
You can see frustrated write up against cooked up content. They started 2007 and not even 20% of work is done. They now say 2018 is time frame for completion. Rest depends on your decision, to get into problems or reaching right builder..

Number of complaints against builder is higher than number of flats occupied till date.
2182 flats was target, started in 2007.
till date not more than 30 flats got occupied and completed.
more than 100+ cases in consumer courts.
One sided agreement.

Finally the fraudster MD Hari Challa of Aliens group is arrested. Hope he get stringent punishment for cheating so many customers.

Never fall into the trap again. They can make foolish statements saying heaven on earth. Once you start trusting them no one can save you.
They still not understanding the pain but just want to construct SS1 from customers money ONLY.
All the investments paid by the customers were utilized for their lavish expenses and other activities but not for construction.
Now asking customers to support them without any shame.
They are calling customers not to mingle with other customers but to support the project. They also says that both customers and builder are on the same ship.
In fact, they didn't understand that both are on different ship, and customers paid for ticket, and the builder is not allowing them to enter. Builder is asking more and more money to enter into the ship., which is an illegal actiivty.
Totally blaming the customers only for their mistakes happened so far, and not for constructing SS1., which clearly shows their unethical process. Now they fallen on HUB.
They claimed that construction technology used is different and will complete work faster than others. But 8 years passed, not even single station in decent shape.
They now say only phase one will be done, as investor many thought it will be a community of 2000 families but now hopes shattered. Investment done is stuck for years even if one station is done and dusted it will be huge loss for investor.
Government should punish this kind of people who cheated and trying to continue cheat customers.

Please dont fall for sugar quoted words. The structure which is existing now is work of them of 8 years.
Don't think that if you invest now in next 4 years things will get completed and you don't need to worry about past.
What you need to think is "when 8 years could not get things done, then what can be done in next 4 years"

I purchased a flat which was given by Aliens Developer and I am very glad to have such a great home and amenities. Me and My wife already shifted to our flat . Aliens space Station, Tellapur provides perfect residential location in Hyderabad in a clam and peaceful area. So if you want to buy your dream house Aliens Space Station is the perfect choice. It is recommended.
I strongly agree with Rajesh.
Project started in 2007 and boasted of 2182 luxury apartments. Now we are in 2015 and number of flats occupied is not even 100. 8 years passed. This clearly shows what kind of approach company has.
On top of that company demands 40% of purchase price even after agreement of sale and registration of flat from owner.
A different equation, you may like this:
Number of court cases filed against this builder is higher than number of flats occupied.
If you have time and patience, log on to site for consumer court cases and give right input to get details about number of cases.
Moreover in google, search for aliens space station reviews or alien space station complaints to get more clarity. Even after that if you get tempted by fake reviews then its your FATE and suffer after buying..

That is a very apt review of the Tellapur locality in terms of investment in upcoming and under-construction projects. But, to add to the project itself, I plan to invest in the project too, and I visited the project site. There are 11 residential towers, with around 1200 high rise apartments spread around 15 floors. The price per sq. ft is Rs. 4,500, and there are 2, 3, 4, and 5BHKs available for sale. The area per apartment ranges from 1122 sq. ft to a whooping 7674 sq. ft, prices ranging from 51 lacs to 3.45 crores. For a long-term investment plan Aliens space station seems like a right choice.
a 2 page ad in a news paper attracted many customers attention, and it was beginning of miseries. I got attracted by seeing representation of project and plan. Have booked flat in year 2011 and was promised the delivery of project by 2012. Just believed that it will be delivered.
Days passed on, EMI started, down payment and disbursements from bank got done. Overall 50% paid, but there is no progress, construction literally stalled. When asked for update, representatives sends same photos and when probing further, they stopped attending calls and no responses to emails.
Felt it is peak and went to office, management says it takes two more years, which makes delivery in 2016 [5 years and still no clarity] and another shock, they ask me to pay nearly 50% more as value addition, I left shocked.
Filed case, 2182 flats project, hardly 30 got occupied till date, started in 2007. Record consumer court cases around 300. Great job Aliens.
