My suggestion is that the builder PVNR is not worth enough to complete the project due to 1.Legal issues assosiated with the land yet - Ex FTL, Approval by gram panchayat and other isuues 2. Split between the partners 3. Heard that owners are protesting due to low quality of construction like Tiles, electrical and material used for construction 4. This has been assosiated with too much of additional charges for extra fittings, Modification and minor changes Example - 3000 for additional AC point , 50000 for 1000 litre sump , cost of the tile2*2 is 38 Rs (Branded) 1000 rs /SFT for low roof 5. No clarity on the provision of Manjeera water and other amenities like Play ground, Mini Bus, Club house, Super market etc 6.
