Q: Hi, Any one has purchased home in PVNR Shankar green homes ? Is it worth for price? does builder has all necessary approvals ? Is builder worth enough to complete on time ? it is in same status for last 1 year and no one has joined yet . Why ?

we have given a lac as token advance to buy 200 sq Yards individual plot with construction. Builder is refusing to disclose the information and reluctenet to provide details of title and exact survey no in which my house falls under as it is a total of 12 acre gated community layout which has been approved by gram panchayat. He is not cooperative, finally the story is as He has sold few flats to an NRI and registered my flat (about to buy) on his name. Now they are saying that agreement will be done between NRI and us instead of PVNR SHANKAR GREEN HOMES If we issue the checks on the name of an NRI will there be legal issues later on by PVNR SHANKAR GREEN HOMES If its so will there be separate agreement between us and builder for construction in the land ? Will there be any issues in LOAN processing ? Q: Hello, I am planning to take a villa in the Beeramguda area, and I am interested in the PVNR Shankar Green Homes villas. Please provide some details about the PVNR Shankar Green Homes in Beeranguda in Hyderabad.

My suggestion is that the builder PVNR is not worth enough to complete the project due to 1.Legal issues assosiated with the land yet - Ex FTL, Approval by gram panchayat and other isuues 2. Split between the partners 3. Heard that owners are protesting due to low quality of construction like Tiles, electrical and material used for construction 4. This has been assosiated with too much of additional charges for extra fittings, Modification and minor changes Example - 3000 for additional AC point , 50000 for 1000 litre sump , cost of the tile2*2 is 38 Rs (Branded) 1000 rs /SFT for low roof 5. No clarity on the provision of Manjeera water and other amenities like Play ground, Mini Bus, Club house, Super market etc 6. My comments to replies
There is a mini bus provision that is being provided by the builders to commute inside the gated community and to the nearby areas as well. Apart from that, a shuttle court, a childrens play area, and invertor is being given for each of the houses.
Its a trash, they have initiated the project with 100 homes and now extended to 250+. will the same 20 seater mini bus will suffecient ? the same question has been asked by the owners and they heard all the nonsense from Builders

Hi, Any idea about builder previous projects and how many got booked and any reviews about PVNR green homes . Does anybody booked any house or got registered ? Please let me know, i am interested in this project.
This is the experimenet they are doing with the first venture, i heard. Many of my friends has taken there money back due to their incapabilities and legal issues. Very few are still there and are experiencing the torture every day Example: Due to raise in sand, he was demanded to pay 30000 extra for 200sq yards floor. Note: You are free to take any decission
