I am looking at buying a 2 bedroom apartment. My budget is 35 lakhs. I would prefer an on going project that will complete by 2017 or beyond. That way I can spread my payment by completion. This is purely for investment purpose. Kindly advice where can I invest and expect an appreciation of at least 10% annually.

When you are investing purely for better gains you may think on a long term investment plan. In such case, you can invest in upcoming/ongoing projects for sale, albeit little far in the surrounding areas, as there are lot of new residential projects in Pune grow rapidly at such locations.

It is also come to hear that Lushlife Centro is yet to get the papers clearaed from PMC.
CENTRO Project files have been submitted to government authorities in the required timeline and the regular process of approvals & sanctions is underway as the project is free from any legal encumbrance
