I went to their site yesterday. The construction work is going on very well and lot of labor was their at site.

Guys,
1) Ambient project is not on 200 Ft wide road, instead its on some small village road, and that too 1KM inside.
2) This land is some Lal Dora land where no sewer, water or electricity connection will be provided. You will only get plot of land and no facilities.
3) This land is also under upcoming RIICO/DMIC Acquisition.
4) New company incorporated only for this purpose to sell plots. This company had not filed returns even for one year.
5) A 23 Year old guy is the Director with no experience.
6) Their office is also at some shabby place in Dwarka.
So, its your hard earned money and you need to decide.

I booked 2 plots in Klazina Gateway Residency after checking all papers. One of my friend also did background verification of their UK office and found the company legitimate.
