Approvals pending since 1.5 years !!
Q: How can Hiranandani not get approvals for Queensgate and Kingston towers since 1.5 years !! Something fishy ! litigation/Joint Venture trouble. Even small builders manage to get approvals in 1-2 months.

Hey Guys, I booked 2 flats in Queens gate on 14.02.2014!!! I am really concerned about the whole thing and also the speed at which the construction is getting progressed!!
