I am from Delhi but will be shifting to Bangalore in next 2 months. How is the idea of booking an apartment in this project? What is the floor rise they are asking for and when is the possession?

Since its a property by a known builder, its always a good decision buying a apartment. Its also a Rera registered project. Currently they are not charging anything for the floor rise and the possession has been postponed to March 2019.

The possession has been postponed to March 2019.It's gonna be a great project to invest in as its very close to the bangalore international airport. The government is planning to widened the Hennur Road to four lane highway along with cargo road for the International Airport.All the major real estate players have invested a lot in hennur. Soon you will be seeing a boom in that area.The appreciation on your current property will be very good.

I had been to the G-Corp ICoN site.The whole area was stinking very badly, found two HUGE drains just outside the site (one of them is like a river).Checked with the builder whether any chance of covering the drains. No Positive reply. I have almost short-listed this project. But now highly confused.
