The suggestion from Jeet is appropriate, as a buyer / owner group you will have better say with the guilder. Secondly, try not have all your discussions on phone - use email/ registered post/ drop in minutes after discussion (with a note that builder is to revert if minutes inaccurate within xx days). You can also check remedy available from consumer forums & civil courts. The suggestion from Jeet is appropriate, as a buyer / owner group you will have better say with the guilder. There is no draw date available for Deevan, builder always says that they are awaiting date from Department of Town & Country Planning (TCP). They are always expecting the date in 10-15 days. There is no draw date available for Deevan, builder always says that they are awaiting date from Department of Town & Country Planning (TCP).
