Q: Anyone who has purchased a flat in buildings by Jaycee Homes and found it wanting?

I'm myself considering to buy into their project at Kanjurmarg. But have not yet taken a call. From what I have understood on asking around and talking to people is that, there could be issues in delivery timelines, but I have not heard or got to know of anything lacking in construction quality. Hope this helps.I'm myself considering to buy into their project at Kanjurmarg. But have not yet taken a call. Q: Booked a flat in casa Rio Riverview. It was committed to be deliveerd in end 2014. Now, they are saying Jan, 2016!! Anyone else booked anywhere in casa...let's connect. This can't go on. Heard many stories of people not getting possession on time at Casa Rio

Yes Vatsa, you are right. There are around 150 towers or so in the entire project. However, there are delays in the commitment for a particular phase. And then it means financial losses if the commitment in timelines changes by 2 years! This will also have a cascading effect on the other phases. When we put our money into a project, we should also be on top of things. For a middle-class genuine buyer like myself, it is our life's savings and a huge compromise due to expenses of EMI interests, plus the extended period of staying on rent!!! It actually becomes unmanageable financially. A reputed builder like Lodha should ideally, ensure that their middle-class genuine buyers do not suffer financial losses by investing in their projects.Yes Vatsa, you are right. Q: The prices at the Kanjurmarg project are really lucrative. Plus the amenities are good and the builder is reputed. My only concern is that everybody has told me that I could get stuck with a delay of 4-5 years additional over and above the committed delivery. In that light, would this be a wise investment? will it appreciate and come at par with the other projects in vicinity?

Thanks for your reply Rakshit. Can you share some more details about the builder? Have you personally ever bought a project built by Jaycee? Please let me know, it will help me take a call. I'm also considering to look at Bliss by Runwal Builders which is close to the Savannah project? What do you say about that? Thanks for your reply Rakshit.
