I have booked an apt in purva Scarlet terraces this year. The possession was scheduled for Jan 2017. The construction was more than 14 floors completed when I got this shocker message from CRM telling that the project is going for re-sanctioning and they are going to put the entire project on hold. Never expected this fruad from purva as we trusted the brand and made our budget plans accordingly for 2017 and all got shattered. Now they are telling to go and see the left over apts which were not sold by them in different projects and trying to fool the customers.
