Yes, Pragati has obtained OC from CIDCO in the last week of October-2015. Hello !!! Pragati owners, Jago Grahak Jago......... The builder has put us in trouble. He is not issuing OC for unknown reasons. I am in trouble because paying a huge interest on Bank loan. With out OC not able to stay there so paying rent too. What to do now, should we collectively and physically meet the builder and request him for his final word or to approach consumer court. Hi Shantanu, i purchased flat about two years ago....on property papers mentioned possession is on july 2013....its been almost two years now.....when i called builder they say that electric meters are pending from cidco....but also say that they have received OC...which is contradictory....so i had been trying to reach out the other owner in pragati park through all possible forum ....& know their part of story....pls let me know if you have any other member contact information....Thanks for your reply again
