Never invest in to this Fradulent Project....... I have purchased 2 flats in station 4 & station 7 each in 2012 by paying 50% of the amount . They promised me to handover in by Dec 2013. So far they haven't even started by construction in these station. When asked about the project progress, they don't even care to respond to the customer. On top of these, the builder is demanding 40% extra money ( more than what was agreed in the agreement) to switch to another owner. If owners are not willing to give this extra money, they say we can approach courts. Hence scores of customers ( so far 90 customers and the number is still growing ) have filed consumer cases and also cheating FIR. Now Aliens MD, Hari challa is arrested by RC puram police station , Hyderabad. They have cheated the customers by taking money and diverting/siphoning if off from the project.
