More details on Aliens Space Station 2, Hyderabad project.
Q: I have recently booked a plot in Aliens Space Station 2, the builder has promised to provide the possesion by June 2014. Kindly share your comments, experience for this property (if any).

I booked a flat in Aliens SS1 in 2010 January. With a bank loan of 41 lacs approved and with a down payment of 8 lacs from my end, I was given a delivery timeline of Nov 2011 initially. I also got the flat registered in 2011 basis guidance from Aliens employees. Nov 2011 passed without a call, mail, After 2012 ended, and with delivery not in sight, the regular monthly progress updates from Aliens vanished slowly. All this while I am still paying 43000 EMI per month. After a while, inspite of making 100's of phone calls, the employees stopped picking up calls, to direct number or to landlines. Sometime in 2014, I got a surprise call and mail from Aliens................they asked me to cough up 30 lacs more (51 lacs was initial flat cost, now they asked me close to 80 lacs) Reason? - They have beautified front porch, made it a personalized area, did some fancy things to the lift and lobby (which does not even exist till now) Again to remind all, I am still paying 43000 EMI eI booked a flat in Aliens SS1 in 2010 January. Never invest in to this Fradulent Project....... I have purchased 2 flats in station 4 & station 7 each in 2012 by paying 50% of the amount . They promised me to handover in by Dec 2013. So far they haven't even started by construction in these station. When asked about the project progress, they don't even care to respond to the customer. On top of these, the builder is demanding 40% extra money ( more than what was agreed in the agreement) to switch to another owner. If owners are not willing to give this extra money, they say we can approach courts. Hence scores of customers ( so far 90 customers and the number is still growing ) have filed consumer cases and also cheating FIR. Now Aliens MD, Hari challa is arrested by RC puram police station , Hyderabad. They have cheated the customers by taking money and diverting/siphoning if off from the project. We have now resorted to legal battle with this builder. I caution prospective home buyer to be careful about this pro

Dear Vishnu, You are required to stop lip service and start acting if you really mean what you say. I have had several trips to HYD for so called 'amicable' solution and was treated very roughly by everyone at Aliens. They also directed me to buy Aliens Elite overpriced flat very amicably. Your definition of Amicably does not fit ours as for you amicably means one of the below...... 1. Pay 40% to 70% extra and buy the same flat again (were you dreaming when you agreed on the initial price?) 2. Take back amount spent so far (only principle, not interest, not rent paid, not interest paid to banks), that too in 10 installments based on post dated checks which Aliens is known to bounce. 3. Buy Aliens Elite flat, which is overpriced by at least 10 lacs, forget current bank loan and start a new loan. If you mean what you said, pls call 07259733388 and lets resolve it amicably.
