Right Bhaskar, I also heard about this project and had a word with their sales team and found that there will be well connected wide internal paved roads with proper street lighting, underground drainage system, 24x7 electricity connection, water supply, telecom and broadband connectivity and security services.

Q: Hello, ever since the Terminal road has been opened for public usage, I heard that accident are happening a lot. What has happened? What has made this road so dangerous.?

Hi all, As per authority the new concept is to develop building complexes that will have a mix of both residential and commercial usage. The demand of developing more housing complexes and residential and commercial townships have prompted the urban development authorities to make changes and modifications.
Hello dear, As per my understanding in this area average price for residential plots is approx 88100 per sq yard.

DTC SOUTHERN HEIGHTS offers 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartment with toady's amenities and best-in-class specifications.It is spread on 10 acres of land with almost 1300 units in the midst of tranquil surroundings and approx 70% of open space.
I think it is a good option for the residential project with affordable price, great locality and infrastructure.Basically project located at Joka on D.H Road, just 250 Mtrs. from Joka Metro Station and beside Vivekananda Mission School.This project offer 2 BHK and 3 Bhk and The built up area of apartments in this project ranges from 890 sqft to 1370 sqft.

Yes, as per the Kolkata Municipal Corporation (Amendment) Bill 2016 was passed, to simplify the assessment and collection of property tax and make the entire process more transparent. It empowered the KMC to limit the increase and decrease in property tax, to a certain extent and also enable self-assessment of ones property tax. Hello JP, Chandrasekharpur is a commercial area in Odisha capital city Bhubaneshwar. It has very close proximity to some of the major IT companies of Bhubaneshwar such as AABSyS IT, ESSPL, Infosys, Mindtree, Tata Consultancy Services, Wipro etc. Bhubaneshwar Railway Station is also situated at a distance of 9 km from Chandrasekharpur. Hello Bikash, Prices of a property depends on locality and the amenities provided by the builder for their projects.A residential project in a well-developed locality or a road side property will cost you higher while on the other hand, a property in interior side will cost you less than a road facing property.
