Me and my husband are working in Manyata Tech Park and we are planning to book an apartment in this project. Can you please provide me the price details and bank approvals?
The said project as been approved by SBI, SBT, LIC, Axis, HDFC, ICICI, Corporation Bank and the price is Rs. 4,456/- per Sq. Ft (Negotiable) limited offer upto 31.03.2015 only.

Is this project got approval for 4 floors or 5 floors?
Q: The fourth floor apartments in this project are duplex.Does any one have info on how many floors are approved as per plan? B+G+4 or B+G+5?
