I heard builder is in no mood to construct the Serenity project now as investors and buyers are already trapped because of " TITLE CLEARANCE OR IOD CLAUSE ". Current situation is that builder has got the title clearance for this project around 5 month ago. But i am not sure when are they going to start the construction work.

Hi folks,
last year in June, there was talk of builder having gotten clearance on land title. Anyone know if that was actually true? Did anybody hear back on their notice? Did anybody among you told the builder that you didn't find any plan submitted so how they expect IOD?

I came to know that very soon builder will get IOD. You can check with builder about exact status and processing of documents with BMC for IOD. I am sure all investors of serenity will get the pleasant news and transparent reply from builder this time.

Hi Tej,
This is in synchronize with the rest of Bhagtani's projects, none of them seem to be start. All the buyers in this project need to unite and take action against the builder. That is the only way you will be able to get your money back.

Hi friends!!!!
It seems this is a never ending process and builder has no intention to start the work. What is the course of action other investors are taking? I would like to join. I have been invested in this Project since last 3 yrs. Everytime I call them they have a standard reply that IOD shall come in 3 months time. Since Jan 2016, they have been telling that construction will start from April 2016, but until now I have not seen IOD so how the work will start.

I have property in bhagtani riyo phase 2 from 3yrs now after 2yrs I ask for cancellation and refund as their no progress but they denied they force me to be in 1more yr in locKing period and then they will cancel and refund my money but now after 1 yr also now they are denying though commitment is on paper they are not ready to fulfill that they are showing that jaycee is big brand and investers are just common people so they can just Harres us.fraud company jaycee
My next meeting is next week if they don't fulfill their commitment I am definitely going to take all possible action as they are using my money I will let them use my money for more yeasr but I will go legal and social both now because they are just making us fool.I don't want to be a fool
