The quality of the project is very bad and the project is already delayed by 2.5 years and no signs of getting completed in near future. The builder is irresponsible always give false promises. They are big liars and just wants to chew on buyers money. Do not get caught in their traps, if you are still not convinced just ask them about the status of their past projects or just go check out their other projects.
Also they have so many other issues, like disputes with land onwers etc.

You are lucky if you have not invested in this property.
Please do not buy any property from this builder. Fraud builder. People are waiting since 3 years. There is no handover till today. Lots of work pending from builder end. Signing authority people are not responding to calls or mails. Its marketing manager was Pankaj Kumar Singh he is a fraudster. He will take you to show sun and moon. This year may be fooling other people in some other project.
I am requesting all people in this forum to suggest what can be done if builder is not listening to flat owners and association. Is there any law or rule from BBMP to penalize these kind of builders or if their license can be seized.
