Investment in Sarjapur confident gardenia or Excel oxigen
Q: Hi all, I want to invest in a villa plot in gated community for mostly investment purposes. for a investment window for 5-10 years. However, we want to keep the option of living in that place in future open. My budget is 20-30 lakhs and I am considering the excel oxigen project in Sarjapur, and Confident gardinea also In sarjapura. Are these good options to consider? Could you suggest some more \ better options in Sarjapura or North Bangalore?

My comments to replies
Excel oxigen is better option as they have unique feature of sports city and i feel the quality is also much better... i have visited the project last week and i am thinking to close booking this week after some more research.
