Rachana Bella Casa Possession dates
Q: Hi All, What possession date builder has promised you? when I booked the flat in Jan 2012, he was talking of possession by Dec2013. Later he said it would be in march 2014. But in agreement he put the date as sept2014. Saying that they take buffer of 6 months.

Hi Bhaskar, Ratnesh..I have booked in M-Jecinda which building you have the flats ? Ratnesh...I am not bale to opne the link..could you please let us know what are the problems in Bella casa..when I visted the site..construction is in full swing..may be facilities thye are yet to complete

Q: I am planned to book a 2BHK flat in Bella Casa phase 2. Anyone who book units in this project, please let me know is this project is good for investment?

I have no doubt in terms of location that you will get good appreciation.. We have a flat in Beverly Hills (rachanas) Just 500 mts aaways from Bella casa. This was bought during 2009 for 55 L ..the currently I can see that resale falts getting sold for 80 L now..that is 45 % increase in 6 yrs . Ensure that site is visited and everythng got clarified before booking the propertyI have no doubt in terms of location that you will get good appreciation..
