Q: Zero Information about the Project. Any idea hows the project, anyone has made any purchase.

Does anybody know who this developer is and what is his background? Any earlier properties? Their website doesn't reveal much either.
It is better to contact directly and know about the Builder & the background instead of knowing in the forums.

Is this project got approval for 4 floors or 5 floors?
Q: The fourth floor apartments in this project are duplex.Does any one have info on how many floors are approved as per plan? B+G+4 or B+G+5?

Hi Vijayan, Myself Swathi Krishnan purchased 2 BHK in Green Edge.
