I am planning to shift to Chennai from Bangalore .I need a 3 BHK flat in Chennai. How abt Pristine Pavilion which is located near Guduvanchery by DRA ? They have completed lot of good projects in Bangalore but not sure abt Chennai. What do you think about the project and the Builder?
