Hi,I'm looking for a property near hitec city area, can someone please advise whether Manikonda would be right choice or

Ya we own a house at Manikoda, this is the best locality for employees in IT around Gachibowli or hiTech city. The rates are also less compared to Flats at Gachibowli, Kondapur or hitech city. I want to buy a 2BHK around 30-35 lakhs in manikonda area. Expecting around 900-1000 square feet.
Q: I want in flats that have around 5 floors. It need not be furnished. It need not be completed..I can wait for around a year even ready to occupy flats would do. Any resale flat may be below 5 years old is also a good deal for me. Please suggest. :) Thanks in advance
